1. Who looks after your data

Larga Tudo e Vai books seats on partners' boat tours in Ubatuba, on the northern coast of the state of São Paulo. We are responsible for the data you give when you book, fill in the passenger list and message us on WhatsApp, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018).

2. What data we ask for and why

To book: your name, your WhatsApp and your e-mail. WhatsApp is used to send the confirmation, the trip notices and the code you sign in with; the e-mail receives the receipt. We use neither for advertising.

For the passenger list, which the Brazilian Navy requires: the name and ID of each adult, and the name and date of birth of each child.

To pay the deposit: the payment is made through Mercado Pago. Card details are typed into Mercado Pago's own form and do not pass through our system; we keep only the result of the payment.

When you message us on WhatsApp: the messages and files you send, so the team can reply and see your booking next to them.

3. Who we share it with

With the boat on your tour: the day before, at 6 pm, the boat's contact receives the boarding list, with the names and IDs of everyone going. The list's link stops opening three days after the tour.

With the services that make the system work, each only for what it needs: Mercado Pago (payment), Meta (WhatsApp messages) and the service that sends our e-mails.

We do not sell or rent data to anyone.

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct what is wrong and delete what is no longer needed, along with the other rights in article 18 of the LGPD. Just contact us through the channels below.

6. Cookies

This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It keeps in your browser only your choice of light or dark theme. The booking system uses a session cookie to keep you signed in.
