1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to boat tour bookings made through Larga Tudo e Vai, in Ubatuba, on the northern coast of the state of São Paulo.
2. Booking and deposit
To book, you pay 20% of the tour price online, by Pix or credit card. Your seat is held as soon as the payment is confirmed, and the receipt arrives by e-mail.
You can book until 6 pm the day before the tour, while there are seats.
3. Paying the balance
The remaining 80% is paid at boarding, on the day of the tour, by Pix, debit or credit card, or cash. Tour fees, when there are any, are also paid at boarding or bought separately, as each tour page says.
4. Changing your mind and weather cancellations
If the Brazilian Navy does not allow the boat to leave, the team cancels the tour and contacts you on WhatsApp.
Changing your mind
You can cancel on your trip page until 6 pm the day before the tour, and the deposit comes back in full.
After 6 pm the day before, the passenger list has already gone to the boat: message us on WhatsApp.
Weather conditions
If the tour is cancelled because of the weather, you choose with us: rebook for another date or get back what you paid.
5. Children
Age bands belong to each tour and are on its page. On most, children up to 3 do not pay but take a seat, and from 4 to 8 pay half; on the tours leaving from Enseada, half price goes up to age 10.
6. On the day of the tour
Check in at the time shown on the tour page and on your trip page. The boat carries a life jacket for everyone on board.
