Booking
Until when can I book?
Until 6 pm the day before the tour, while there are seats.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes. After payment, an e-mail arrives with the link to your trip page: date, time, boarding and how much is left to pay.
Payment
How does the deposit work?
To book, you pay 20% of the price online, by Pix or card. The seat is secured on the spot and the receipt arrives by e-mail. You pay the rest at boarding, on the day of the tour.
How do I pay the rest at boarding?
Pix, debit or credit card and cash.
Boarding
Where do we board?
The tours to the northern islands leave from Itaguá; the southern ones, from Praia da Enseada. The boarding area, how to get there and where to park are on each tour page. The exact spot and the schooner reach your WhatsApp at 6 pm the day before.
What should I bring?
Sunscreen, water, a hat, a towel and swimwear. You can bring a cooler. Life jackets and pool noodles are already on the boat; snorkels are rented on some tours.
Cancellation and weather
Rain and cancellation
If the Brazilian Navy does not allow the boat to leave, the team cancels the tour and talks to you on WhatsApp.
Cancelled because of the weather, you choose with us: rebook for another date or get back what you paid.
Changed your mind? Cancel it yourself on your trip page until 6 pm the day before, and the deposit comes back to you.
Children
Do children pay?
It depends on the tour. On most, children up to 3 ride free but take a seat, and from 4 to 8 pay half; on the tours leaving from Enseada, half price goes up to age 10. Each tour page shows its rule.
